30th birthday year in the press

As the 2021 Festival draws to a close, here are some highlights of the press coverage we received

Mahan Esfahani was interviewed on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune, and BBC Music Magazine named CMF a major feature of Cambridge’s music scene.

There were profiles on Festival Director Justin Lee‘s approach to programming the Festival, in Cambridge Independent, International Arts Manager magazine, on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire and Scala Radio.

Recitals by Stephen Hough and Mahan Esfahani, and the concert given by the Choir King’s College, all received excellent reviews in the Cambridge Independent.

Gramophone magazine named A Percussionist’s Songbook video of the day and BBC Radio 3 Unclassified played Joby Burgess‘ Come Sweet Death.
