Our concerts take place in a number of venues in Cambridge, from purpose-built concert halls to the city’s historic College Chapels. Scroll down to your concert venue to get directions and find information on parking, access for disabled people and facilities at the venue.

Fitzwilliam College Auditorium

Fitzwilliam College has two car parks, one at the main (south) entrance on Storey’s Way, the other on Huntingdon Road (north entrance). If you wish to use the car park report to the Porters’ Lodge on Storey’s Way.

Street car parking is available along Storey’s Way by the College entrance.

Disabled parking & building access.

There are toilets, including accessible toilets, inside the auditorium foyer.

College Chapels and other city centre venues

Trinity College Chapel

Disabled access to the chapel is via a ramp.

There are toilets behind the Chapel (outside) and a disabled toilet accessible from within the antechapel.

Pembroke College Auditorium

Trumpington Street, CB2 1RF

The Auditorium is opposite the main entrance into Pembroke College. It is not inside the main College. It is in the former United Reform Church building.

The building is accessible to those with limited mobility and there are toilets.

Booking Information

How to Book

Booking fee £2 per transaction.

Booking is online only through this website. At the current time there is no provision for selling tickets at the venue on the day of the concert. Please do not arrive without having booked.

An email receipt will be sent to you upon booking, with a ticket attachment. You will be required to show as your ticket at the door.

You can either:

Print a Paper Copy

Print out your ticket and present it at the venue

Show Digital Version

Present the ticket on the screen of your phone or device

In either case please have the ticket ready to avoid unnecessary delays in getting the audience in to the venue.

Door Sales

Any available tickets will be on sale at the venue from half an hour before the concert starts. We accept cash or card.

Accessible/companion seats

To book an accessible seat and a free companion seat, join our Access Register. You only need to do this once - the system will remember you when you log in.

Refunds

Refunds are only given in the following circumstances: If the concert is cancelled, in which case all ticket-buyers will be refunded automatically or If the concert is sold out and the unwanted ticket can be re-sold.
